Attacking the values of Christian universities is now an annual rite and ritual of March Madness media coverage. With “archaic” rules that are wildly out of touch with modern society, Oral Roberts University (ORU) is called out for banning by USA Today’s For The Win publication.

It must be Politicize Sports Monday. Because we are told today that they are “symbols of oppression that reinforce negative stereotypes.” That’s the discouraging word from an Axios report promoted by Mike Allen.

A case of “March Badness” broke out today at the NCAA Tournament in Indiana. Players from five college basketball teams turned the “Big Dance” into the “Big Kneel.” Four of the NCAA Tournament’s first five games were marred by national anthem protesters.

NAACP today stands for the National Association for the Advancement of Cancellation People. It’s easy to tell when a psychiatrist is in the tank for transgenders in sports. First, he only addresses the underlying problem of psychological confusion very late in his LGBT-approved puff piece. Then, he slams lawmakers for trying to preserve the integrity of women’s sports and says trans girls should not have to "lie" about their gender and play on boys teams.

What's more contemptable: a league that cares about trans "women" competing in women's sports more than it does Chinese human rights abuses? Or a basketball team that wants all-star game revenue so bad it derails a state bill to protect the integrity of women's sports? Why choose?

The New York Times is simultaneously applauding the left-wing politicization of sports and calling conservatives the aggressors in the "Culture Wars." But being a progressive "journalist" means never having to make sense. 

Doing the dirty work of LGBT pressure groups, 550 woke college athletes are demanding the NCAA pull postseason events out of states legislating for the integrity of women’s sports. Their letter demanding safe spaces for gender-confused athletes would also cause states to get punished through lost revenue.

Americans will have to find another credible solution to the problem of sexual assault because an upcoming cartoon movie isn’t up to the task. Deadspin suggests LeBron James and Pepe Le Pew could have educated people on the problem, but they don’t pass the smell test.

All the posturing against racial inequality by NBA social justice warriors sounds like nothing more than baseless talk. On Tuesday, the Miami Heat suspended Meyers Leonard indefinitely for an anti-Semitic slur on the Twitch stream video game Call of Duty.

The National Basketball Association just swallowed its tongue on China’s atrocities in order to restore a major revenue stream. U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) pressured the league to defend its new broadcast agreement with the ruthless communist nation’s state-run TV.
