They then followed with eight minutes of negative coverage about the civil rape trial of Donald Trump as alleged by journalist E. Jean Carroll.

It was a media Monday, with two bombshells in cable news: Fox News announced they were parting ways with Tucker Carlson, and Don Lemon tweeted he was out at CNN.
