It took ESPN’s Bomani Jones about an hour and a half into Tuesday night’s CNN GOP debate (pretty strong for him actually) before he did what he does best, and let his race flag fly. Attempting to divine the greater motivation and passion of Trump supporters, Jones tweeted:
As of the time of this writing, admittedly very soon after the insanity you just read, Bomani Jones is still employed by ESPN. Had Curt Schilling tweeted that blacks were reveling in their blackness in 2008 and 2012, he would have been fired. And not just from his job, but from a cannon. Into a fire.
