Believe it or not, “free speech” used to mean something. It begins with the word “free” for a reason. The phrase has no exceptions, despite what Deutschland's thought police egged on by CBS believe. It’s why you won’t find an asterisk next to our U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment, listing exceptions for “hate speech” or “misinformation.”
America’s founding fathers knew placing that discretion in the hands of our future leaders, no matter what they believed, would reset their experiment of a liberty-based constitutional republic back to the dictatorship they freed us from.
But according to our free world’s most relied upon “journalists,” the people we entrust to be a watchdog of authority, that bedrock liberty is the root of one of history’s most genocidal regimes, which rounded up everyone who dared to question the only party allowed to exist.
