President Barack Obama did it again Thursday and FNC’s Bret Baier has again provided slow-mo play-by-play of Obama’s “talk to the hand” ill-timed wave which blocked the face of another world leader during a group photo-shoot.
In September, at the UN in New York City, his victim was the President of Mongolia. At the G-20 in Cannes, France his hand went up in front of the face of India’s Prime Minister. (video below)
Baier recounted in his “Grapevine” segment on the Thursday, November 3 Special Report:
Back in September we told you that President Obama had a photo fail during the United Nation’s group picture. At one point he raised his hand and joked photographers had to have gotten a good shot, but at that exact moment, President Obama’s hand completely obscured the man standing next to him who happened to be the President of Mongolia.
It happened, again, today at the G-20 summit in France. A photographer asked attendees to get back in formation. After a moment, President Obama waved to say he was done. But that meant India’s Prime Minister got the talk to the hand treatment this time around.
