"You guys get to vote in five days. We can't wait to see how it turns out. Don't screw it up!"
Those were the curious parting words that MSNBC's Rachel Maddow gave at the conclusion of Thursday night's Democratic primary debate which she moderated at the University of New Hampshire alongside colleague Chuck Todd.
One has to wonder what exactly she could possibly mean. Was she hinting that one candidate over another should be the choice New Hampshire voters make, or is she rather referring to the controversy over the botched Iowa caucuses, wherein Hillary Clinton edged out Sanders in a less-than-transparent tabulation process, to be charitable about it.
