Comedian Jimmy Fallon isn't known for his animosity towards the Obamas, but he "burned" the President's health care law on Wednesday's Tonight Show.

BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States: Look, look, we've got to talk about the situation in Ukraine. I mean, you invaded Crimea.
VLADIMIR PUTIN, President of Russia: No, no, no. You got it backwards my friend. Haven't you heard 80's comedian Yakov Smirnoff, everything in Russia is opposite. So technically, Crimea invade us.
[Laughter]
OBAMA: Don't you see what you're doing though? You're forcing people to accept something that the majority of them don't even want.
PUTIN: Yes, in Russia we have word for this. ObamaCare.
[Laughter and applause]
OBAMA: Ouch, ouch, ouch. Now that hurt.
PUTIN: Yeah. Does ObamaCare cover burns?
[Laughter]
OBAMA: Ha ha. Very funny. And no.
