Yesterday, "[n]ot a single network news outlet caught the visual and the words of Pope Francis [at the White House welcoming ceremony] turning and rebuking Barack Obama on religious liberty," Media Research Center founder and president Brent Bozell informed Fox News Channel's Neil Cavuto this afternoon on the latter's eponymous program.
Instead, the liberal media focused on the pontiff's remarks on climate change.
That's the problem, Cavuto agreed, noting that "a lot of people get their impressions of this pontiff and what he's saying through the media coverage" and accordingly the liberal slant colors how people view the pope and his agenda.
