Typically the nightly comedy shows train their sights on Donald Trump when they want to rip into him, but on Tuesday night The Nightly Show’s sights strayed to his supporters. “He does not have anything in common with the people that actually are supporting him. This is a dude who grew up in a country club and somehow he magically speaks monster truck,” stated Franchesca Ramsey when asked who the best panderer in the race was.
Ramsey didn’t stop there. She questioned the intelligence if Trump’s supporters by saying they are only obsessed with crude things, like his dick. “He is like, “my dick” and they’re like “Yay! I have a dick too!”… “I want the president with a dick,” Ramsey mocked.
Host Larry Wilmore was in feigned shock. “Are you telling me Trump—Cause he pulls out that paper, “Alright… My dick,” Wilmore asked sarcastically. “Absolutely,” Ramsey responded with enthusiasm. The panel completely ignored the legitimate concerns of Trump's supporters, such as bringing jobs back to America and securing their safety.
Even though panelist Ricky Velez joined in on beating on Trump and his supporters he had a different opinion of who the best panderer was. When Wilmore asked again about the who best panderer was, without missing a beat, Velez blurted out “Bernie!” Velez explained his reasoning:
Bernie has almost gotten me a few times… Bernie came out and he was like, “We should legalize pot.” I was like, “That’s dope!”… But, he thought he was going to get me so high I wasn’t going to realize he’s going to fuck me in taxes… That college is not free. Okay? I’m paying for that shit.
The rest of the panel laughed along awkwardly for a few seconds, probably realizing Velez just set off a truth bomb on the liberal show. Wilmore deflected to Tony Hale of the TV show VEEP asking him how pandering affects him.
It seems as though even on the heavily liberal comedy shows you can find someone willing to pop a hole in the free college lies.

[Laughter]

TONY HALE: “He’s our man!”
RAMSEY: Exactly! “I want the president with a dick!” Like—it’s—
