As NewsBusters revealed Wednesday, Martin Bashir resigned from MSNBC due to vile comments he made in November about former Alaska governor Sarah Palin that were first reported here.
This led the recently fired by MSNBC Alec Baldwin to actually praise and defend Bashir via Twitter early Thursday morning hysterically writing, "[He] created great television":
