Oops! Talk about a political report that didn't age well.
Dana Bash's report on Wednesday that former Vice President Joe Biden remained firm in his support for the Hyde Amendment that prohibited federal funding of abortions didn't even make it past the next day.
CNN's Dana Bash yesterday afternoon: "I am told explicitly that it is Joe Biden, himself, who says: 'this is my conviction and I’m not changing it. This is how I have felt and this is how I have voted for my four decades in public service, and I’m not changing...'" pic.twitter.com/BlTHuhdSat

Of course, that observation which was rendered obsolete a sunrise later inspired quite a bit of mockery on Twitter. Some examples:
@6ftSe7en Isn't a conviction that you have had for the past 40 years not supposed to change overnight?

How is the man running the worst campaign imaginable polling at #1?

“And then there were none...”moderate Dem presidential candidates!

Exit question: Will Bash's report on Biden's solid support for the Hyde Amendment enter the Guinness Book of World Records as the fastest reversal of a political observation?
