In a report devoted to complaining about President Donald Trump’s executive order targeting the imposition of woke ideology at the Smithsonian, Univision made a huge and puzzling omission: the fledgling National Museum of the American Latino.

The late, great Andrew Breitbart forcefully and repeatedly made the case that “politics is downstream from culture.” CBS’s extended whine session over the Trump takeover of the Kennedy Center proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Breitbart was ultimately right.

After a brief investigation, there was an arrest made in the firebombing of a Las Vegas Tesla service center. The evening network newscasts provided this arrest with coverage that could most charitably be described as “mixed”.

The “legacy” media have been considered to be a nihilistic institution, especially lately. Tonight’s report on ABC World News Tonight puts any and all doubt to rest, as they prop up a liberal favorite by promoting a movie they had no business promoting. 

Tonight’s NBC Nightly News reporting on the Senate hearing to confirm business executive Frank Bisignano as head of the Social Security Administration had a familiar sound to it. If you listen closely enough, you’ll hear the kind of fearmongering that was a staple of a bygone era.

Fresh off of blaming Americans for ruining Spring, CBS anchor John Dickerson delivers another hollow, moralistic editorial from his “Reporter’s Notebook” segment which closes out the CBS Evening News Plus.

The “legacy media” network newscasts continue their shameful reporting on the campaign of violence currently unfolding against Tesla, in protest of founder Elon Musk’s role in the Trump administration. Today’s stories included the rehashing of a familiar trope. 

Over at NBC’s Meet the Depressed, host Kristen Welker is doing her level best to continue to frame the Trump administration’s resistance to runaway judicial encroachment on the executive as a “constitutional crisis”. This, during her interview with Senate Minority Leader CHuck Schumer (D-NY).

Sycophancy only gets you so far, as proven by Senator Bernie Sanders’ interview with ABC’s Jon Karl for This Week. Despite squeeing all over him and New York socialist firebrand Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to tease the interview, Bernie still threatened to end it over a question implying support for a primary against Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

The media continue to fall over themselves in order to protect the reputations of suspected jihadists on our college campuses, as they face deportation pursuant to current immigration law. And once again, they continue to raise the free speech straw man as they attempt to create sympathies for these detainees.

If you wanted more evidence of the descent of CBS News into utterly pretentious piffle, look no further than CBS Evening News Plus, which indulges the ego of its anchor, John Dickerson, by enabling a “Reporter’s Notebook” editorial at the close of each telecast. Dickerson’s latest oeuvre: a diatribe blaming President Donald Trump and Elon Musk for ruining spring for him.

As the media furor over the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) dies down, so, too, does the frequency of DOGE-related reports across the evening news. Nonetheless, those reports are still coming out. The latest such report, via NBC Nightly News, suggests that DOGE will ruin VA care for veterans in Wyoming
