Election Interference

Well, of course, anybody with eyes to see could see plainly in 2024, if not before, that President Joe Biden was, as the saying goes, “cognitively impaired.” The public was far ahead of those so-called investigators in the press.

Comedy Central’s The Daily Show host of the week, Desi Lydic, welcomed Michigan State Senator and U.S. Senate candidate Mallory McMorrow to Tuesday’s show to discuss her book Hate Won’t Win. Both host and guest lamented that “hate is having a moment” after the 2024 election as McMorrow tried to sanitize her record that led her to become famous in the first place.

As predictable as the sun rising in the East: the media’s silence in the face of President Joe Biden’s evident cognitive decline is met with a deluge of books, by some of those same media types, chronicling that decline in detail. 

The Nation justice correspondent, frequent MSNBC guest, and all around crazy person Elie Mystal took his book tour to The Breakfast Club podcast on Thursday. The premise for Mystal’s book is the laughable premise that every law passed prior to 1965 is unconstitutional, but also that the constitution is “a piece of crap.”

CNN went into overdrive for its coverage of the two special congressional elections in Florida, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court election, pre-empting their normal prime time schedule in favor of full Election Night Coverage. Coverage proved to be little more than an exercise in Elon Musk Derangement therapy, with some elections happening in-between.
