On Tuesday night's Rachel Maddow Show, the MSNBC host's usual elongated lecture contained a few seconds of easily identifiable falsehood. In attempting to underline just how badly Trump negotiated with the North Koreans, she claimed the communists "gave up nothing. They promised nothing." This at the very least left out three American hostages released. 

If you weren’t sure whether a certain phrase in the headline was a word, it’s a no but MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews tried on Tuesday night to make it one. Describing President Trump’s attempts at currying favor with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, Matthews told one of his panels that Trump didn’t come off like someone skilled in “political communiques,” but instead “like a kiss butt”…

On the front page of Sunday’s New York Times, environmental reporter Coral Davenport devoted over 2,000 words to the Trump administration's alleged "retreat from scince." The headline made the proposition clear: “In the Trump Administration, Science Is Unwelcome. So Is Advice.” To Davenport, "science" includes support for the liberal climate change consensus, and the Iran deal.

On Fox & Friends Thursday morning, the show's co-hosts discussed the Obama administration's deceptive attempt to allow Iran to gain access to the U.S. financial system. Its objective was enable Iran to retrieve $5.7 billion in previously frozen funds from Oman, while telling Congress and the American people that nothing of the kind would ever be permitted. 

Thursday’s Hardball featured MSNBC host Chris Matthews spending two separate segments sucking up to former Obama foreign policy and intelligence officials John Brennan and Ben Rhodes, complimenting the former for “know[ing] so much” and the latter for his “beautiful” new book defending his role in the far-left Obama legacy.

Despite the report showing how the Obama administration lied in Congressional oversight hearings about the access it would allow Iran, the liberal broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) along with Spanish-language outlets Univision and Telemundo completely ignored the bombshell during their evening newscasts. It’s the latest in a disturbing series of pro-Iran moves by these networks.
