It’s really become like day and night for some people on the left to spew anti-Semitic comments, isn’t it? Well, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) did just that in a Yahoo News podcast released Friday that’s been ignored by the major broadcast network newscasts. CNN’s Early Start covered them three times on Monday by rushing to her defense, but was undone hours later on Inside Politics.

On her MSNBC show, Joy Reid claims that during the Bush era, "we were . . . starving people in Guantanamo." MSNBC analyst Malcolm Nance then accuses President Trump of having pardoned a former Army officer, convicted of killing a suspected al Qaeda terrorist, for purposes of "greenlighting actual offenses by people who support their side."

After it emerged that the Trump Administration is considering labeling the terrorist-linked Muslim Brotherhood as terrorists, several strange defenses of the group appeared in the New York Times. The Muslim Brotherhood has already been banned by Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. After first claiming the United States was trying to “provoke” an all-out war with Iran Monday morning on MSNBC, NBC’s chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel brought his tinfoil hat conspiracy to NBC Nightly News later that evening. NBC kicked off the broadcast with Engel’s suspicion about U.S. intelligence claims that Iran was planning some sort of attack against troops in the region.

Appearing on MSNBC Monday morning, NBC’s chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel repeatedly accused the Trump administration of trying to “provoke” Iran into some sort of conflict by sending an aircraft carrier group to the region. He and anchors for the liberal cable channel portrayed the U.S. as a bully getting in Iran’s face.

Al Jazeera’s never exactly been a reliable source of news when it comes to Islamist atrocities. So it’s not surprising that an Al Jazeera English reporter cried “Islamophobia” in response to reports that an outspoken extremist Muslim leader had a part in the attacks in Sri Lanka that killed almost 300 people and injured 500 others visiting local Christian Churches for Easter Sunday services.  

On Sunday's AM Joy on MSNBC, during a discussion of conservative reaction to Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar dismissively referring to the 9/11 attacks as "some people did something," Washington Post columnist and MSNBC contributor Jennifer Rubin slammed Fox News as an entity that is "endangering people of color" and "destroying political thought."

Reacting to Rep. Ilhan Omar's description of 9/11 as "some people did some things," Joe Scarborough, on Morning Joe, says, that it's "so important for her to succeed." He and Mika Brzezinski express the wish that instead of tweeting criticism of her statement, Republican congressman Dan Crenshaw had spoken with Omar personally.

Despite early election predictions in Israel  late Tuesday ranging from a split vote to a slim victory for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews showed his disdain for both Netanyahu and President Trump, suggesting the President’s policy moves (directly and indirectly) related to the Middle East were solely to exercise improper influence on the election.

It was the height of Russia’s meddling the 2016 election when news broke that President Barack Obama spent taxpayer money, to the tune of $350,000, on an Israeli organization that was mobilizing against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during the 2015 election. President Trump stood firm with Israel again on Thursday when he announced on Twitter that the United States was going to recognize their sovereignty over the Golan Heights. That didn’t sit well with the liberal American broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC), who decried the historic move as just a political stunt on their evening newscasts.
