The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is looking to target right-wing media outlets under the guise that they could’ve helped Russia interfere into our presidential election, reported The Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard Tuesday.  

Appearing as a guest on Monday's Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN, New York Times columnist Tom Friedman tagged President Donald Trump as a "chump" who has been "manipulated" by Russia and "played" by China. He even oddly lumped in Israel as a country that has "manipulated" President Trump.  

The New York Times posted eight revisions over a 23-hour period to its Saturday and then-Sunday story about U.S. President Donald Trump's first meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. All three networks spent so much time Monday morning breathlessly questioning whether or not Donald Trump Jr. “colluded” with Russia by agreeing to a meeting with an anonymous Russian lawyer during the campaign, that they couldn’t find any time to report on another important development in the same investigation--perhaps because it wasn’t centered on the Trump campaign.

Even after two leading liberal media outlets reported last week that a major media talking point on the Russia investigation was actually false, CNN still refuses to believe it.

And journalists wonder why Americans dislike the media? It’s sneering statements like the one on Wednesday’s CBS This Morning. Yahoo! journalist Bianna Golodryga inserted a sneering commentary into a report on Donald Trump’s upcoming meeting with Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit. 

Reporting live from the site of the upcoming G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany on Wednesday’s NBC Today, correspondent Keir Simmons promised that “President Trump faces a tough trip here with some uncomfortable conversations.” The reporter hyped how Trump “does not see eye-to-eye with the German chancellor” and that “all eyes will be on that meeting with President Putin.”  

Wednesday on Good Morning America, an ABC journalist casually compared our president to a tyrannical dictator of a totalitarian state, and no one batted an eye. The extreme comment came after ABC reported that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un successfully launched an intercontinental ballistic missile this past weekend, that had the capabilities of reaching American soil.
