ABC: Warmbier’s Dad Is ‘Perceived American Jab’ at ‘Korean Peace’
February 11th, 2018 12:35 AM
Saturday marked an unbelievably bad and downright disgraceful day for the liberal media in which they sided with North Korean in promoting their propaganda push at the Pyeongchang Olympics. ABC’s World News Tonight did its part by smearing the memory of the late Otto Warmbier, who was brutally tortured and left in a coma before being shipped back to the U.S. Reporting from Pyeongchang, senior…

MSNBC Panel Disturbed By Trump’s ‘Graphic’ Depiction of North Korea
November 8th, 2017 1:02 AM
In a well-received speech before South Korean lawmakers on Tuesday, President Trump tried to rally the region and the world against the rogue North Korean regime. The President drew attention to North Korea’s decades of human rights abuses, the hellish living conditions of its people. That’s the truth about life in North Korea, but for MSNBC’s Brian Williams and members of his panel on The 11th…

October 11th, 2017 4:06 PM
On Wednesday’s Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough continued on his crusade against Trump by calling for Republicans on Capitol Hill to consider taking potentially unconstitutional legislative action that would seriously hinder President Trump’s power to command America’s nuclear defense forces. In so doing, Joe painted Trump as a genocidal maniac on the brink of destroying the whole world.

Mika Brzezinski Calls Trump ‘Homer Simpson of Presidents’
September 27th, 2017 5:15 PM
On Wednesday’s Morning Joe, the hosts decided to finally admit to their audience that they often cannot understand what President Trump is saying when he makes speeches or answers press queries, thereby perhaps solving the mystery of their bias: they can’t necessarily do the most basic part of their jobs–comprehend basic sentences in English.

Morning Joe More Upset by Trump’s Tweets Than North Korea's Nukes
September 22nd, 2017 4:04 PM
On Friday’s Morning Joe, the show’s panel reacted to the latest developments in the heated standoff between North Korea and the United States with exasperation, fear, and loathing, but not just at Kim Jong-un. In fact, Trump was the target of the greater wrath and consternation of the panel because he once again said mean things about North Korea’s ‘Dear Leader’ and his devil’s den of a country.

Mitchell: 'Shocking' for Trump to Warn Against NK 'Appeasement'
September 3rd, 2017 4:21 PM
Appearing as a guest on Sunday's MSNBC Live with Alex Witt, MSNBC host and NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell fretted over President Donald sending out a tweet warning allies not to engage in "appeasement" with North Korea. After declaring that "most analysts would agree" that the choice of words was a "really big mistake," Mitchell looked visibly worried as she ended up calling it a "shocking…

CBS Highlights Anti-US Protests in South Korea, Ignore North's Hostage
May 8th, 2017 11:59 PM
More terrible news broke out of North Korea overnight where the murderous regime detained another American on questionable charges. Every one of the Big Three Networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) reported on the development Monday morning. Sadly both CBS and NBC decided to move on from the story come evening. For CBS Evening News, they decided it wasn’t worth the time. But they did find time for a report…
Networks Spotlight Medal of Honor Recipients Under Obama; Ignored Hero
March 19th, 2014 12:30 AM
On Tuesday, all three broadcast network evening newscasts devoted full reports to President Obama honoring 24 members of the military – only three still living – with the Medal of Honor. CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley trumpeted how the President "righted a historic wrong. He presented the nation's highest military award to 24 Americans, after a review determined that they had been passed…
South Korea Led by 'Strongman' and 'Steely Conservative,' But North Ko
May 9th, 2013 12:15 PM
Soft labeling of Communist dictators ("enigmatic"?) has been a historical problem for the New York Times. On Wednesday, reporters Mark Landler and David Sanger described the late South Korea president Park Chung-Hee as a "strongman" as his "steely conservative" daughter Park Geun-hye, current president of the country, meets President Obama for the first time.
In contrast, North Korea's new…

April 6th, 2013 3:48 PM
"If he’s not assassinated or not overthrown in a coup, he’s going to be in power for 40 years, and he is going to wed those atomic bombs to those missiles, and he’ll be able to threaten South Korea and Japan and U.S. bases in Asia.”
So said Pat Buchanan about North Korea's Kim Jong Un on PBS's McLaughlin Group Friday.

Donald Rumsfeld said Thursday that Americans should and do penalize media outlets that have a strong bias.
Speaking with Steve Malzberg via Spreecast, the former Secretary of Defense added, "They stop buying those newspapers, or they change their channel and go to a channel that they think is somewhat more balanced" (video follows with transcript and commentary, relevant section begins at…
Crackdown in Asia on Powdered Human Fetus Pills
May 7th, 2012 3:12 PM
In gross-out news, London's Daily Mail reports "Thousands of pills filled with powdered human flesh have been discovered by customs officials in South Korea, it was revealed today."
"The grim trade is being run from China where corrupt medical staff are said to be tipping off medical companies when babies are aborted or delivered still-born." This could be a new income stream for Planned…
Pity the Prez: NYT Blog Hauls Out the 'Distraction' Meme Again (Update
November 23rd, 2010 7:22 PM
I heard Rush mention this Caucus Blog item at the New York Times on his program today.
It seems that the Times's Michael Shear is disappointed that Dear Leader is yet again caught up in a "distraction" ("Pat-Downs Ensnare White House in New Distraction"). It's headlined in the item's browser window as "Pat-Downs Ensnare White House in New Controversy." Interesting edit, don't you think? If it…
NYT Print Edition G-20 Headline ('Obama's Economic View Is Rejected
November 12th, 2010 6:08 PM
Rush mentioned this when he opened his show today, and it deserves a bit of graphic support.
Today's New York Times print edition has a headline at the top right which reads: "Obama's Economic View Is Rejected on World Stage" (captured here for future reference).
Ouch. But there's also a story about the story, specifically concerning its stinging headline.
