Oh how the tables have turned.

The Tony Awards celebrating the "best" of Broadway on CBS became a LGBT rally on Sunday night. The oh-so-progressive cheered wildly like they were all in Stephen Colbert's late-night audience. One actress wisecracked that Gov. Ron DeSantis was a "Grand Wizard" -- of the KKK.

This disease of woke leftism is now in the process of devouring CNN -- once considered the gold standard of just-the-facts journalism when founded by billionaire Atlanta advertising guy Ted Turner.

People use to reverse Associated Press as the gold standard for just-the-facts news. Today, it's nowhere close to that. On Tuesday, they issued a barely disguised press release for the radical left, under the headline "LGBTQ+ Americans are under attack, Human Rights Campaign declares in state of emergency warning."

Hours after former Vice President Mike Pence officially announced his candidacy for president, he joined CNN’s Dana Bash for a town hall event where he was asked questions on a variety of topics by both Bash and a live studio audience. Among the issues asked was whether Pence would let parents get their children sex change surgeries in the name of parental rights. 

Wednesday’s CBS Evening News dedicated an entire segment to attempt to normalize sex change surgeries for minors. CBS, like most of the left-wing media ecosystem are no strangers to pushing the left’s transgender ideology, but to highlight this in such a transparent way is something very different.
