MSNBC Frets 'Nativism,’ Touts ‘Opportunity’ for Hillary Post-Nice

On Thursday night, MSNBC’s The Last Word spent the duration of its show on the Nice, France truck terror attack and New York Times columnist Frank Bruni lamented that the “really, really volatile moment” could be used have negative connotations on both European and “French politics” in light of Brexit with “feelings of nativism, wanting to close doors.”

MSNBC’s breaking news anchor Brian Williams has had quite the few weeks with deplorable and head-scratching moments, but he again couldn’t help himself on Thursday night while covering the terrorist truck attack in Nice, France by apologizing to Hardball host Chris Matthews for having “just plowed over the normal hour of airtime” for him.

CNN Uses Nice to Bash Israel, Brexit Moving 'Far to the Right'

CNN intelligence and security analyst Bob Baer was on set for the network’s rolling coverage Thursday night of the terror attack in Nice, France but he seized on the tragedy to bash Israelis for responding to similar truck attacks by going “far to the right” along with those who support Brexit and the French political party National Front.
