All this week, NewsBusters is recounting the most obnoxious liberal bias of 2020. Yesterday, we presented the most outrageous examples of journalists fawning over liberal or left-wing icons; today’s installment showcases some of the year’s most horrendous examples of the media exploiting the pandemic to score political points against Republicans.

With an outgoing Trump administration, NBC Meet the Press host Chuck Todd spent Sunday dreaming up new commission to judge all the Team Trump failures. In reply, PBS NewsHour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor dragged out the usual lines about Trump and "truth" never matching. 

MSNBC's Chuck Todd began Thursday's MTP Daily by giving a lengthy on the state of the pandemic where he accused the government, which presumably means President Trump and the rest of the White House, for being responsible for more deaths than World War II.

As soon as they declared Joe Biden the winner, the liberal media began to display their impatience with President Trump's legal challenges to the 2020 election result. But four years ago this week, CNN and others in the liberal media took anonymous reports that Russia had interfered in the 2016 election to cast doubt on the legitimacy of Donald Trump’s victory that year.

On MSNBC’s MTP Daily Tuesday afternoon, Democratic Party hack Chuck Todd promised that if Republicans opposed the nomination of his fellow Democratic Party hack Neera Tanden for budget director under the incoming Biden administration, they would be “laughed at” for their objections.

In a tirade at the beginning of Meet the Press on Sunday, host Chuck Todd tried to blame the COVID pandemic on “a decades-long assault on science and objective facts, particularly by some on the right,” as he lambasted Americans who dared to travel over Thanksgiving to see loved ones. 

MTP Daily host Chuck Todd concluded his Thursday show on MSNBC with historian Michael Beschloss by commemorating the 157th anniversary of President Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. For Todd and Beschloss, the anniversary was another reminder that President Trump is a failure, but that there is hope that Joe Biden could be the Lincoln-esque figure the country needs.

Thursday night after the final presidential debate, NBC senior Washington correspondent Andrea Mitchell and Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd went into overdrive for their Joe Biden, bragging that it was not only the “best debate” he’s ever had, but he showed such “care and empathy” with the “facts” on his side to rout the “callous” and bastardly President Trump.

Showing that his partisan hackery on behalf of the Democratic Party truly knows no bounds, as he opened MSNBC’s MTP Daily on Wednesday, anchor Chuck Todd went to work trashing President Trump’s closing campaign message as “scorched earth” while hailing a new Joe Biden ad as being reminiscent of Ronald Reagan’s “Morning in America” spot.

The Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks are doing everything they can to avoid investigating the latest Hunter Biden bombshells. Since the morning of October 14 when the New York Post published new evidence of Hunter Biden’s corrupt business dealings with Ukraine and Joe Biden’s potential knowledge of it the broadcast nets have buried the allegations.

MTP Daily host Chuck Todd and New York Times White House correspondent Peter Baker lamented that President Trump has not issued a Mea culpa thus far during his campaign on a Friday segment where they cited and praised three Democrats of previous years for apologizing to the voters for their records.
