Washington Post media reporter Jeremy Barr posted a trouble-making article on Mark Levin on Sunday headlined "Mark Levin, the Fox News host who won’t stop criticizing other Fox News personalities." It's trouble-making because one would think the liberals at the Post would like anyone who criticized Fox News personalities. 

In his newsletter, Brian Stelter wrote “This case is getting a ton of attention among media types on Twitter.” Jeremy Barr of The Washington Post reported Emily Wilder, a brand-new staffer at The AP, was fired this week, evidently for "tweets of hers referencing her advocacy for the Palestinian people and opposition to the actions of the Israeli government."

If there's a phrase about journalism that should bowl people over with laughter in 2021, it's the phrase "industry-wide standards of impartiality." But there was Washington Post media reporter Jeremy Barr sounded like Rip Van Winkle in a gushy article about the "new CNN," suddenly liberated from its stodgy objectivity:

Sister Toldjah at RedState took up the sad story of Justin Baragona of the Daily Beast, rushing to the defense of CNN host Brian Stelter being mocked by Kennedy on Fox News, but couldn't seem to actually work hard enough to transcribe it for Twitter.

MSNBC host Chris Hayes infuriated Team Trump with a tweet on Wednesday night unspooling the kooky conspiracy theory that the White House “rolled out the model showing 100k deaths after they knew it would be less than that so they could anchor everyone to that # and take a vicotry [sic] lap when ‘only’ tens of thousands died.”

It’s been several months since the #MeToo movement faded from public view, but that doesn’t mean the problem of sexual harassment has gone away completely. The latest example of “he said, she said” came when a website reported that a female producer with CBS’s 60 Minutes program accused a male former boss of unlawful “discriminatory” and “retaliatory” conduct.

It came as no surprise that Jeff Zucker, president of the liberal CNN network, stated on Thursday that he’d be “very open” to talking with Shepard Smith after the former anchor startled almost everyone by suddenly leaving the Fox News Channel on October 11. Two more conservative commentators at CNN appear to have joined the Jeffrey Lord club according to a report in Friday's Hollywood Reporter.  The ones who were muzzled, this time by sidelining, are Steve Cortes and Ben Ferguson. And the reason for the sidelining appears to have been due to pressure from the left.
