During the first hour of MSNBC's Morning Joe on Monday, the hosts brought on Jane Mayer of The New Yorker to talk about her latest article "The Making of the Fox News White House."  Mayer's article of nearly 11,500 words provided the morning show a chance to take some swings at their competitor.

With the Academy Awards in the offing, Morning Joe had Spike Lee on today to promote his "BlacKkKlansman" movie, which has been nominated for a number of Oscars. Lee predictably seized the opportunity to bash America. He first referred to Christopher Columbus as a "terrorist," and a bit later claimed that the USA was built on the "genocide of Native Americans and slavery."

MSNBC's Morning Joe took a break from comparing Trump to assorted dictators past and present to heap copious praise on Speaker Nancy Pelosi Tuesday morning.

It look less than twenty minutes for the Tuesday edition of MSNBC's Morning Joe to reach the conclusion that President Trump was just like Hitler. The show then called Republicans hypocrites for blasting Democratic Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar's anti-Semitic tweets. 

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough says, "we [gestures toward Mika] saw him for 12 years behind closed doors. Never, ever, once—I'll say under oath, I'll put into an affidavit—never once heard him say anything close to being racially insensitive. Never once!"

Mike Barnicle was conducting a humdrum conversation about the shutdown with Dem Sen. Sherrod Brown on today's Morning Joe when—out of the blue—Barnicle asked this bizarre question: "Let me ask you: do you think that Donald J. Trump presents a clear and present danger to our democracy?"

During Wednesday’s Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough and his panel reacted with scorn to President Trump’s Oval Office address. All told, the panel engaged in hyperbole; describing the Trump administration as a “Seinfeld presidency” and declaring the President himself a national emergency.

Both MSNBC's Morning Joe and CNN's New Day suggested President Trump's declining to take a pardon for Paul Manafort off the table could constitute "obstruction," with the MSNBC legal analyst adding the possibility that it could amount to "witness tampering."

Something unusual happened on Morning Joe, Tuesday. A conservative got the opportunity to fight back against the accepted liberal assumptions, encouraging “skepticism" about a new governmental global warming report that makes projections over the next 100 years. 

During Tuesday’s edition of Morning Joe, co-host Joe Scarborough discussed the explosive recently found in left-wing billionaire George Soros’s mailbox. After talking about how President Trump and “backbenchers in the Republican Congress” have blamed Soros for funding the caravans and “one fake conspiracy after another,” Scarborough insinuated that Republicans deserve blame for the explosive…

During Monday’s Morning Joe, the panel discussed a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll and Republican strategist Kristen Soltis Anderson brought up how Republicans have a commanding lead among the 38 percent of voters who list the economy as their most important issue. During Wednesday’s Morning Joe, the panel expressed outrage at President Trump calling porn star Stormy Daniels "horseface" and so the outrage culminated in a rant by co-host Mika Brzezinski against Trump, questioning his fitness for office and urged cabinet officials to invoke the 25th Amendment.
