However, he skipped the recent revelation that both the BBC and New York…

However, have you heard about the cold snap in Peru that has already killed 70 children? You haven't? Well, how could you? After all, no American media outlet has felt it to be newsworthy. Yet, the following was reported by the BBC on Wednesday, and, as amazing as it might…

BBC Forcing Employees To Take Honesty Training

July 28th, 2007 2:27 PM
This is certainly an initiative right-thinking people around the world should welcome: in response to identifying several instances of fraudulent audience phone calls made by staffers during some of its programs, the BBC has decided to send its employees to - wait for it! - honesty training. Gotta love it. One truly delicious example occurred during Comic Relief back in March (emphasis added, h/t Tim Graham):

Down the Memory Hole in British Schools: Winston Churchill, and BBC's

July 14th, 2007 8:18 PM
Those who design the curriculum for Britain's secondary schools no longer consider Winston Churchill a key (enough) historical figure (HT Michelle Malkin): FURY erupted last night after Sir Winston Churchill was axed from school history lessons. Britain’s cigar-chomping World War Two PM — famed for his two-finger victory salute — was removed from a list of figures secondary school children must…

BBC Report on Sun and Climate Change Contradicts Its Own 2004 Story

July 12th, 2007 5:34 PM
On Thursday, Jules Crittenden wondered if American media are lazy, stupid or willfully ignorant with how they’ve been reporting events in Iraq. Given the BBC’s recent piece concerning the relationship between the sun and climate change which hysterically ignored an article it published almost three years ago with a completely diametric view, one might ask the same question of that British…
