The media doesn’t want Americans to know about the partisan pork inside President Biden’s “coronavirus relief” package passed solely by House Democrats last Friday. On their morning newscasts Monday, the big three networks took different approaches to reporting on the package, but they each worked to help the Democrat administration.

The next time you hear liberal reporters talk about independent journalism, remember how CBS and ABC allow their news shows to become corporate shills for the streaming services of their bosses. On Thursday, CBS This Morning journalists promoted the “awesome” new Paramount+, hyping how just everyone is “excited” for it.

While all three networks chose to ignore sexual harassment allegations against their favorite, scandal-embroiled governor yesterday, CBS and NBC finally got around to it on their Thursday morning shows. But ABC, who once employed Andrew Cuomo’s journalist brother Chris Cuomo, ignored the story again.

After avoiding the awkward news from Tuesday that liberal hope Joe Biden is reopening detention facilities for migrant children at the border — what journalists called “kids in cages” during the Trump era — CBS This Morning broke the silence on Wednesday with a scant 55 seconds of coverage. ABC and NBC are still hiding the uncomfortable details.

While the broadcast networks spent the early days of the Biden administration praising him for ‘unraveling’ the legacy of former President Trump with executive orders, particularly on immigration, they were suddenly silent Tuesday after news broke he was putting migrant children back in cages. A blatant double standard in how the liberal media apply outrage.

If anyone thought the leftist media were done swooning over former President Barack Obama, Tuesday’s network morning show coverage made it clear journalists were still adoring fans eager for any new product being put out by the Democrat. Joe Biden is facing his first cabinet nominee defeat as White House Budget Office pick Neera Tanden is imploding over (now deleted) nasty tweets about conservatives, Republicans and pretty much anyone she dislikes. Yet ABC and NBC on Monday night and Tuesday morning ignored the story. CBS covered it, but offered no reason as to why the nomination was falling apart.

CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King and liberal author Michael Eric Dyson on Monday lamented the “big time” rise of cancel culture sweeping the media. But the big example they mentioned was Virginia’s Democratic Governor, Ralph Northam. Northam, it turns out, wore blackface and a KKK costume in decades past. 

For weeks now, liberal media outlets have been hammering Florida Gov. Eager to help sell the Biden administration’s radical climate change agenda, on Friday, CBS This Morning aired a fawning interview with former Secretary of State turned climate envoy John Kerry that invited him to warn of the supposed coming environmental apocalypse and urged “more aggressive” government regulation of fossil fuel emissions.

CBS This Morning’s co-hosts on Thursday joined the classless chorus of attacks trashing Rush Limbaugh in death. The journalists used words like “divisive, “racist” and “bigot” for the radio icon. CBS This Morning is the same show that, just a few weeks ago, praised porn king Larry Flynt for being a nuanced progressive figure, rather than a sleezy exploiter of women.

The big three networks devoted reports this morning to President Biden’s town hall on CNN last night, but all three refused to actually fact-check the president, or criticize him for backtracking on promises or making embarrassing gaffes.

Now that the political dam has burst, most the networks are actually offering serious coverage about Andrew Cuomo and his attempted cover-up of the COVID nursing home disaster in New York. It seemed to dawn on a surprised CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King that it’s *possible* Andrew Cuomo may have been less than honest about all of this.
