MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews went on a ghoulish tear Thursday night responding to the Thousand Oaks, California bar shooting, bashing religion by telling Democratic Congresswoman Jackie Speier (CA) that “thoughts and prayers...should be outlawed” because it means that you don’t “give a damn” about the victims and that gun rights (as enshrined in the Constitution) do not come from God.

MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews opened Wednesday’s show following the midterm elections and the firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions on a tour de force, deeming Sessions’s axing “a lightning strike” by the President as he “struck out at his enemies,” including Special Counsel Robert Mueller because it “threatens Trump’s family, his presidency, and perhaps even his liberty.”

How again are the liberal media not a part of the opposition party? On Wednesday’s Cuomo Prime Time on CNN and Hardball on MSNBC, it just so happened that they ran nearly identical segments smearing Republicans for “employ[ing] scare tactics” and “fear-mongering” people into supporting the GOP at the polls.
