Following the revelation on Monday that the FBI had raided the office of Donald Trump’s lawyer, the recent developments in Syria took a back seat on MSNBC’s evening shows. However, Hardball host Chris Matthews found a creative way to tie the stories together: by predicting the President would bomb Syria to distract from the raid. 

To put it simply, cable news thrives off of speculation and little discussion of the actual news. The Tuesday edition of MSNBC’s Hardball opened with a segment perfectly encapsulating this reality with the panel gaming out how a Trump impeachment could go down, what charges he’d face, and whether he’ll be found to have violated the Logan Act in the Russia probe.

On Tuesday's Hardball on MSNBC, host Chris Matthews and liberal contributor Eddie Glaude pushed the notion that President Donald Trump engages in "race-baiting" by criticizing former President Barack Obama, and that he envies the former President, viewing him as an "uppity black person that we need to put in his place."  

On Monday, political commentator Charlie Sykes made a guest appearance on MSNBC's Hardball With Chris Matthews, wherein he disparaged both President Trump and his base. Among his bolder assertions was the claim that the President's base didn't care "whether he actually accomplishes anything," so long as they saw him "fighting."

Thursday marked an awful, no-good, very bad day for MSNBC host Chris Matthews as President Trump picked John Bolton to replace H.R. McMaster as National Security Adviser. Less than an hour later, Matthews uncorked a hissy fit for the ages on Hardball lasting the whole show on the man he dubbed a modern Hideki Tojo and “biggest hawk there's ever been.”

Establishment press journalists are getting hot under the collar over the growing use of the term "Deep State." They imagine that only nutty conservatives and Republicans believe that the Deep State even exists. As documented on NewsBusters, CNN has a porn problem and bizarre obsession with describing the sexual escapades of porn actress Stormy Daniels and seeking sultry details of an alleged affair with President Trump. Tuesday’s The Situation Room showed this infatuation as the panel circled the wagons after a tweet by Daniels about her “NOT going anywhere.”

MSNBC host Chris Matthews has a well-known reputation for being rather eccentric and Monday night’s “Trump Watch” on Hardball was no exception. After complaining about Special Counsel Robert Mueller going “soft” on President Trump for most of the program, Matthews capped it off by oddly championing Mueller as a “starfish” caught in a “battle to the death” with Trump the “clam.”

On Thursday, the liberal media’s mood was nothing short of ebullient with a New York Times scoop that Special Counsel Robert Mueller “has subpoenaed the Trump Organization to turn over documents, including some related to Russia.” MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews was one such figure, gleefully speculating that it could “lead to Trump’s impeachment.”

On Monday's Hardball show, during a discussion of President Donald Trump's campaign rally in Pennsylvania, race-obsessed MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson declared that President Trump is "half a rally away from just using the N-word," and likened him to slave master Calvin Candie from the movie Django Unchained.  

It was quite a sight on the Thursday editions of CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront and MSNBC’s Hardball as liberal journalists heaped effusive praise on President Trump for his “remarkable,” “significant,” and “stunning” willingness to meet soon with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. All the while, each network’s former Obama administration officials experienced weapons-grade meltdowns.

You might find it weird that a network where socialism is embraced would have its own store, but MSNBC has products to sell you! The cable network is now running ads for its own branded products, touting the motto: “Wear your heart on your everything!” Where else would you get a Chris Matthews “unisex tri-blend” tank top? (Sure to give you a thrill up your leg!) 

Without a hint of irony, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews seemed exasperated on Tuesday night while reacting to former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg’s strange cable news tour from Monday, dubbing Nunberg a “loopy” “Kato Kaelin-type character” who’s emerged in the Trump-Russia probe.

A day after suggesting that defying the NRA could leave politicians assassinated like Anwar Sadat or Yitzhak Rabin, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews argued on Wednesday night that Parkland gun control student activists are just like American troops turning the tide in World War I.
