While covering on Wednesday the public ridiculing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions by President Trump, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews bizarrely claimed that it’s “mostly southern senators” with “Dixie in their voices” who are supporting “a favorite of the old Confederacy.”

MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews wasn’t done on Thursday night with the ridiculous comparisons involving Donald Trump, ending the show by comparing the President to O.J. Simpson in that he wants all government attorneys “to serve as his personal Johnnie Cochrans and Special Counsels named specifically to investigate him.”

Fresh off his newfound stardom after arguing with White House deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday afternoon, The Sentinel and Playboy writer Brian Karem told MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews that he (and the press corps) are “tired of being paddled” as liberal pushers of fake news.
