CNN anchor Jim Acosta hasn’t checked his pompous attitude at the door since leaving his role as White House correspondent. This morning on New Day, Acosta came on seemingly for the sole purpose of trashing Trump supporters, the Republican party and CNN’s competitor Fox News as brainless extremists. 

On Tuesday's New Day show on CNN, co-host Brianna Keilar devoted a segment to trying to undermine a soon-to-be law in Texas that will allow legal gun owners to carry concealed handguns without a permit.

On Monday morning, CNN's New Day show devoted a segment to letting gun control activist and frequent guest Fred Guttenberg trash Republicans and cheer for Democrats to enact more gun laws, supposedly to stop the kinds of shootings that happened over the past weekend.

On this morning's New Day, after a long clip was aired of CNN reporter Kyung Lah grilling Republican Karen Fann, president of the Arizona state senate, regarding the Maricopa County 2020 presidential election recount taking place there, a thrilled John Berman said:  "First of all, Kyung Lah for president, right? I’ll chair that committee right now. That was a terrific interview."

Along with its ongoing ethical problems, a deceptive marketing campaign, and a continued hatred for non-liberal voices, it’s been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year for the Jeffrey Zucker-led CNN. And as per the latest Nielsen ratings, CNN has continued to hemorrhage viewers with primetime and entire day total viewership down over 70 percent since January.

Just when you think the media can’t stoop any lower, they inevitably do. This morning on CNN’s New Day, a little boy was used as a political prop by his own progressive father and the media vultures on CNN to further the left’s messaging on race and policing in this country.

On Monday's New Day show, CNN regulars were taken aback that Wyoming Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney is still a conservative who has not gone completely to the left on the issue of voting laws.

See if you can wrap your head around this one: The media, who instantly dismissed the COVID-19 lab leak theory as a “conspiracy” when President Trump was in office touting it, now are suddenly parroting this same theory as plausible, with President Biden in office. Yet they are still blaming the former administration for “politicizing” the intelligence findings.

CNN host Don Lemon insisted he was “not political” and “not partisan” while repeatedly attacking the Republican Party as immoral, insane and too far gone to save, this morning. As a guest on New Day, the primetime host continued the GOP-bash session he began with political commentator Matthew Dowd on his show the night before, accusing Republicans of every ugly thing imaginable. 

CNN took a brief break from obsessing over the GOP’s “crisis” to actually focus on Democrat party drama on this morning’s New Day. On Thursday's New Day show, CNN had moderate Republican ex-Congresswoman Barbara Comstock on the show to react to the days news and be critical of her own party.

Even though CNN helped Democrats sell the Russian collusion lie all the way up until this last election, CNN had the gall to go after Franklin Graham this morning on New Day, over his initial support for Trump questioning the results of the election last December.

On Friday's CNN Newsroom, co-anchor Alisyn Camerota and weekend host Fareed Zakaria excoriated Fox News, with Camerota deriding them as "trying to pass themselves off as news," and Zakaria smearing the news channel as a "propaganda arm of the most extreme wing of the Republican party."
