In the past couple of days, the White House correspondent for the taxpayer-funded PBS NewsHour, Yamiche Alcindor, has been throwing around accusations of racism not only against a "large majority" of Donald Trump supporters who fear a "browning of America," but also against the U.S. generally, claiming that minorities are not "treated as equal citizens."

President-Elect Joe Biden took more softball questions Tuesday afternoon from a subservient liberal media as well as probes from the left. But when it came to a shouted Hunter Biden question from Fox News’s Peter Doocy as he left the stage, Biden insisted news stories about Hunter are Russian disinformation and mocked Doocy as “a one horse pony.”

On Tuesday's Amanpour and Co. on PBS and CNN International, Walter Isaacson treated viewers of the taxpayer funded show to hyperbole as he likened Republican supporters of President Donald Trump to those who collaborated with Adolf Hitler during World War ii, deriding them as "quisling enablers of the undermining of democracy."

On Friday's Amanpour & Co. on PBS and CNN International, the show devoted its first 21 minutes to global warming, speaking with former Secretary of State John Kerry in the first segment and liberal teen activist Greta Thunberg in the second, giving them little challenge to promote their views.

Appearing as a guest on Wednesday's Amanpour & Co. to promote his book about President Harry Truman, MSNBC host and disaffected ex-Republican Joe Scarborough laid it on thick in trying distance himself from his former party and even the conservative movement, claiming that he had not felt good about either in 20 years, and even that he "never" cared about the Republican party.

On Tuesday's Amanpour & Co. on PBS and CNN International, MSNBC contributor and disaffected ex-Republican Steve Schmidt bragged about restraining 2008 GOP presidential nominee John McCain's losing campaign from exposing Democrat Barack Obama's ties to the radical pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, after NPR's Michel Martin cued him up to fault Republicans over race issues.

In a Friday afternoon press conference, the liberal media continued abdicating their responsibility to engage in adversarial journalism towards the incoming Biden administration, treating President-Elect Joe Biden to his fourth round of softballs since the election. If anyone was hoping the third time would be the charm for consistently constructive or tough questions at a post-election Joe Biden press conference, Thursday illustrated that such a hope was a fool’s errand. Over the course of the 15-minute availability, the Biden team had the former vice president receive questions from only four reporters with three of them offering softballs.

It's bad enough that CNN International anchor Christiane Amanpour viciously tried on Thursday night to compare President Trump not conceding the election to Kristallnacht and genocide of the Jews. It's worse that this mudslinging was replayed on taxpayer-funded PBS, where "viewers like us" -- and some super-wealthy Jewish donors -- were announced as her sponsors. 

On Saturday's PBS NewsHour Weekend, correspondent Yamiche Alcindor delivered commentary that sounded like partisan Democratic spin as she proclaimed that Joe Biden had defeated President Donald Trump with a "record number of voters," and then declared that it was "political poetry" that Senator Kamala Harris was part of the ticket beat Trump after his history of birtherism.
