Three days before Christmas, the nation is horrified to learn details of the murder by fire of a woman on the New York city subway. The one legacy media newscast that bothered to report this story omitted significant details regarding the suspect’s immigration status.

Today, upon signing off of his eponymous weekly public affairs show, Univision anchor Jorge Ramos officially departed the broadcast airwaves. At least for now. And our political discourse, particularly within the Hispanic community, is vastly better off for it.

The nation, reeling from an ongoing border catastrophe and migrant crime crisis, ignored the media’s activist caterwauling and chose enforcement this past election. With the transition to the Second Trump Administration ongoing, it is important to look back at one of the worst instances of media migration activism

The Regime Media have a long, sordid history of looking the other way at stories that fail to advance their narratives or otherwise make Democrats in power look bad. But some stories are so bad that they break through anyway. Case in point: the toddler recently found at the southern border along with a bunch of other unaccompanied minors. 

In addition to co-anchoring Univision’s evening newscast, Jorge Ramos also hosts the network’s Sunday political affairs show Al Punto. But as Ramos winds down his tenure at the network, he may have confirmed the fate of his show- which was rumored to fall to the cost-cutting axe.

Spanish-speaking media are very much part and parcel of the Regime Media. Proof evident of that is a recent panel exchange on Univision’s Sunday public affairs show Al Punto, where one of the anchors literally bemoaned the fact that voters don’t read The Economist before weighing in on the economy.

ABC’s Good Morning America illustrated all anyone needed to know Thursday about what it made of Vice President Kamala Harris’s Wednesday night throwdown with Fox News host Bret Baier by the fact that it spent far less time (three minutes and two seconds) on this than they did browbeating former President Trump (four minutes and 11 seconds) over their preferred topics for this election…

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris attended a town hall hosted by Univision at Las Vegas, Nevada. Former President Donald Trump’s was scheduled earlier in the week but postponed due to potential impacts from Hurricane Milton. Trump’s town hall was rescheduled for tonight, at Univision headquarters in Doral. FL.

For the four years of his presidency, the media savaged Trump’s immigration policies as “cruel,” “evil,” “inhumane,” “torture” and “profoundly racist.” Yet polls show Trump besting Harris by wide margins on the issue, suggesting the Biden administration’s abject incompetence has been more persuasive than years of media rhetoric.

Vice President Kamala Harris’s Univision town hall went about as expected. Nothing earth-shattering but with some interesting choices from Univision, and with more unanswered questions than at the beginning. Univision is broadcasting presidential town halls with both former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, to be moderated by Enrique Acevedo. An English-language feed will be made available on YouTube, however, we believe an event of this magnitude should be made available over the air, and accessible to as many viewers as possible.

While the pro-Kamala networks have eagerly shared "resurfaced" or "unearthed" videos that show J.D. Vance talking about childless cat ladies or childless teachers brainwashing the kids, they can't locate videos of Kamala Harris chanting "down, down, with deportation" or agreeing that prostitution should be decriminalized.
