USA Today on Thursday offered a front page story promoting the Donald-Trump-is-Crazy talking point. The paper devoted almost 1900 words to the topic with this headline for the print edition: “Talk of Trump’s Mental Health Spreads.” The online version insisted that the “debate over Trump’s mental health takes off.” 

In a video that could easily pass for a Hillary Clinton campaign commercial or a message by MoveOn.org, USA Today's Trysta Krick urges athletes to speak up for left-wing causes, and she blasts President Trump. It's apparent that USA Today is progressing nicely in its transition from sports section to "political action committee."

Remember when late night TV shows were supposed to be funny and entertaining? No more. Late Night With Seth Meyers writers filed on stage July 26 to recite a collective attack against the President Trump and his daughter, Ivanka. And of course, the liberal media – from HuffPost to Rolling Stone joined in their ‘group troll.’

What’s more important: a historic memorial, or a statue of a deceased manatee? USA Today reported on a local Florida man’s petition to remove a Confederate veterans memorial and replace it with a statue of “beloved” Snooty, a manatee who according to the site, “died in a tragic accident at the weekend only days after celebrating his 69th birthday.”

Christopher Nolan’s new movie Dunkirk opened this weekend and is on target to become one of those iconic war movies, much like Saving Private Ryan did. Dunkirk is a gritty and heart-pounding movie that is vividly portrayed on the big screen with classic war themes of duty, trust, honor and the raw tragedy of war.

Poland’s President on Thursday dismissed as “fake news” media claims that his wife snubbed Donald Trump’s attempt at a handshake. Regarding hyperbolic stories in Newsweek, USA Today and by The Washington Post, President Andrzej Duda tweeted, “Contrary to some surprising reports my wife did shake hands with Mrs. and Mr. Trump @POTUS after a great visit.
