The major networks were very eager to descend upon Springfield, Ohio and channel outrage over the “dogs and cats” controversy. However, the Regime Media do not share the same enthusiasm for more inconvenient immigration stories, such as those concerning violent Venezuelan transnational gang Tren de Aragua (TdA).

CNN This Morning host Kasie Hunt says the motive of the suspect in the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump is not very clear and may never be known, despite CNN's own reporting that the suspect had posted an accusation that Trump wants to make Americans slaves, again, that "DEMOCRACY is on the ballot," and the "we" cannot lose. 

Time magazine came under fire after claiming on social media that the man behind an apparent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump had an “unclear political ideology,” leaving many in the dark about the apparent violence targeting Trump. 

On debate night, CNN “fact checker” Daniel Dale suggested that Kamala Harris might have fudged the truth just once in her ABC cuddle/debate. If you see Dale's face on TV, he's probably trashing the Republicans. Online on Saturday, Dale dug into the Harris X/Twitter account and its mangling of Trump.

Kamala Harris has largely avoided interviews, despite the fact that many potential interviewers desperately want to help her.  Emlyn Travis at Entertainment Weekly reported actress and talk show host Drew Barrymore said her interview with Harris last year was “the scariest conversation I’ve done in the entire show’s history.” She didn't want to "tarnish" her.

The debate tone was set with the first question. Debate co-moderator David Muir, ABC’s news managing editor, asked Vice President Kamala Harris: “I want to begin tonight with the issue voters repeatedly say is their No. 1 issue ... When it comes to the economy, do you believe Americans are better off than they were four years ago?”

GOP vice presidential nominee and Ohio Senator JD Vance went on the Regime Media’s Sunday public affairs shows and utterly dismantled them for their lack of coverage of the stress that the Biden-Harris administration’s immigration policies have placed upon such towns as Springfield, Ohio, until a Trump-adverse angle can be exploited.

It wasn’t a hard call. At this point in the history of televised debates, a history that began with the 1960 Kennedy-Nixon debates ( 64 years ago!!) and has continued on with a seemingly endless stream of both Republican vs. Democrat nominee debates plus Republican vs. Republican and Democrat vs. Democrat nomination debates, one would think ABC would have learned a thing or two.

After having ABC debate moderators Linsey Davis and David Muir on her side for Tuesday night’s debate, Vice President Kamala Harris sat down with Brian Taff of ABC’s Philadelphia affiliate for an even softer interview that should lead the national media to demand she face more tough questioning.

When Jimmy Kimmel eventually retires, maybe MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle could take his place. Sitting in on Friday for host and NewsBusters Executive Editor Tim Graham, Associate Editor Nick Fondacaro and I dove into an absurd Los Angeles Times profile celebrating ABC’s debate co-moderator Linsey Davis for, along with co-moderator David Muir, interjecting for so-called fact-checks of Donald Trump. 

CBS doesn’t seem to know what the word “impartial” means. While praising singer and Harris supporter Taylor Swift for telling people to register to vote, CBS Mornings co-host and Kamala Harris-donor Gayle King proclaimed that she, her co-hosts, and the network don’t just “try to remain impartial,” but that they actually “are impartial.”
