Now that they're in a public-relations battle with Republicans over defunding PBS, the network is out promoting themselves on social media, using "average Americans" who appreciate their work.

Right-wingers from President Trump to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas are cartooned as "truth murderers."

The so-called "climate emergency" is Exhibit A in the intolerance of "public" broadcasting for an opposing point of view. Either you perpetually believe we're ten years away from mass death (as PBS projected in 1990), or you cannot appear on PBS.
