The Left Is Running on Empty

September 18th, 2018 1:22 PM
The woman who alleged in a confidential letter that as a high school student in Maryland in the '80s Brett Kavanaugh "pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it" has now revealed her identity to (surprise!) the Washington Post.

Well, to be more precise, the Post printed a book review by former New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson that sounded like an advertisement. It won't be surprising to see Abramson making the book's cover in later printings with her praise: "Woodward is truth's gold standard."

Not Up to Snuff: Woodward Knocks NYT’s Use of Anonymous Op-Ed

September 9th, 2018 2:30 PM
Veteran journalist Bob Woodward gave the first TV interview for his new book, Fear, to CBS (who owns the publisher). What most in the liberal media will probably take away from his CBS Sunday Morning appearance was that he told viewers to “hope to God we don’t have a crisis” under Trump, and a plea for them to “wake up” to that reality. What will most likely get overlooked was his criticism of…
