On Wednesday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller held a press conference on the Russia investigation and the subsequent investigation into obstruction of justice. Mueller’s statement wasn’t very revealing, but that didn’t keep the liberal media from declaring President Trump guilty and jumping on the impeachment train yet again.

After Special Counsel Robert Mueller gave his final word on the completed Mueller report Wednesday morning, all three networks broke in with live coverage demanding that it was now Democrats' chance to impeach Trump. ABC was the most heavy-handed in their coverage, with anchor George Stephanopoulos bringing up the impeachment topic at least eight times in a thirteen minute segment.

With the liberal media boosting Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s partisan accusation that Attorney General William Barr committed a crime and lied to Congress, NBC’s Sunday Today highlighted Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal lawyer and “fixer”, who was due in prison Monday on charges that included lying to Congress.

The New York Times and the rest of the media were miffed by Attorney General William Barr daring to call spying by its proper name during his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. The media’s amusing aversion to the word “spy” was obvious on the front page of Friday’s Times, which came up with this wonderful euphemism: “F.B.I. Sent Cloaked Investigator To Question Trump Aide in 2016."

After his hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, congressional Democrats and the liberal media were in sync as they accused Attorney General William Barr of lying to Congress. During Thursday’s evening newscasts, ABC and CBS seemed excited by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) standing before the press and calling Barr a criminal.

The hosts of ABC’s The View predictably went nuts Wednesday following Bill Barr’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. While tearing into Barr for allegedly “lying,” the hosts had sudden concern for ethics at the DOJ, and eagerly hoped the Attorney General would go to prison for “obstructing justice” and trying to conduct a “coup.”
