During his Saturday show on MSNBC, Ali Velshi attacked members of the "ultra-conservative" Supreme Court for allegedly gutting voting rights and longed for the days when voting rights were respected.

On Tuesday night, MSNBC race monger Joy Reid had a freak out on The ReidOut over the Supreme Court's decision not to hear a case challenging Alabama's new congressional district maps. As she typically does, Reid used poisonous rhetoric against her political opponents and referred to the Roberts Court as the "new Plessy court."

Legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and New York Magazine columnist Errol Louis joined Tuesday's CNN Newsroom to accuse the Supreme Court of trampling on voting rights when it issued a stay of a case of a lower court ruling that had invalidated Alabama's new congressional map that didn't include a second majority black district.

Stelter even played the race card by accusing Fox News of "starting a fight that's rooted in white identity politics" because some hosts on Fox disagree with Biden picking a Supreme Court Justice based solely on race and sex.

While hosting the scary sounding Democracy in Peril on CNN on Thursday, Jim Acosta blasted the "hard-right" Supreme Court for possibly overturning Roe v. Wade, which would increase democracy in the country, lamented that Democrats won't get rid of the filibuster in response to this, and decried their "life's a Mitch" attitude towards the situation.

MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell spent her Thursday show plotting strategy with Democratic Sens. Patrick Leahy and Mazie Hirono on President Biden's upcoming Supreme Court nominee. The senators also blamed Sen. Mitch McConnell and Republicans for why Supreme Court confirmations have become politicized and instead of pushing back on that talking point, Mitchell wholeheartedly agreed.

During ABC's Wednesday breaking news coverage that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer plans to retire, senior national correspondent Terry Moran reacted to the news by hailing Breyer's "moderate tone" and downplaying his liberal ideology and portraying him as a "pragmatic liberal." Moran argued that Breyer relied more on political rather than legal arguments in his opinions.
