After the sexist rant, Joy Behar tied Senator Clinton’s alleged ignorance of the former president’s affair with her vote for the Iraq War.
"We know [former President Clinton] is a hound dog but would he be that dumb and then, duh, as I said before, Mr. Happy. You know, that's the problem. The only thing that -- one more thing is I do feel that Hillary needs to deal psychologically with how much denial plays in her life because she also denied that, that she said that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq."
Joy was too much for Barbara Walters as Walters who responded "it’s a different thing, Joy" and even joked that Behar would tie a rainy day with Iraq. Behar did not yield any ground as she asserted "there’s a connection here in terms of how a person’s mind works."

JOY BEHAR: You know, Barbara, I was going to say, you want to forgive the husband. The woman is more culpable, in my opinion, because men, we know men -- they think with Mr. Happy, you know what I'm saying.

BEHAR: You know that song leave him alone he's a family man? Hall and Oates? That's a very interesting statement. A very interesting lyric. Leave him alone he's a family man . Okay, men they’re, they’re idiots. Let’s face it. The woman comes along and they get interested with their you know what.
HASSELBECK: So poor them. The little, the weak men who just can't help but think with their –
BEHAR: They’re all weak in that area. They’re all weak in that area.
BARBARA WALTERS: Wait. No crosstalk. Okay.
HASSELBECK: Honestly, you, to give, to give any person involved in that situation a break just because they happen to think with their genitalia rather than their mind is, is inexcusable.
BEHAR: One of the unfortunate truths about men.
HASSELBECK: Then they should be off the hook. You guys you’re all off the hook because we, we understand that you can't help but think-
BEHAR: They’re not off the hook. The fact that they are even using Mr. Happy to think means they are still on the hook.

WALTERS: I said with Joy, if you get up in the morning and you say it’s going to rain today, Joy says, "well it isn't in Iraq."
BEHAR: But the point is there’s a connection here in terms of how a person’s mind works.
