On Wednesday both ABC World News Tonight and CBS Evening News ignored a report that Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has finally been dragged kicking and screaming to support a ban on stock trading by members of Congress. After ignoring the story for four weeks, NBC Nightly News was the only one of the three broadcast networks to cover this story.  

On Tuesday night, MSNBC race monger Joy Reid had a freak out on The ReidOut over the Supreme Court's decision not to hear a case challenging Alabama's new congressional district maps. As she typically does, Reid used poisonous rhetoric against her political opponents and referred to the Roberts Court as the "new Plessy court."

According to CNN's Chris Cillizza, when the Republicans are in charge of redistricting congressional districts it is "gerrymandering" but when Democrats are in control of this process it magically becomes merely redistricting with the ugly g-word nowhere in sight.
