During Thursday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, the eponymous host took several shots at President Trump during his opening monologue. It did not take long for Kimmel to begin mocking the people donating to the GoFundMe page set up to secure money for the border wall, claiming that “a lot of these people are dipping into their meth money for this.”

Ignoring the fact that conservative talk radio listeners and Fox News viewers make up most of the Republican base, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews and guests of both parties lashed out at both and particularly “unelected” conservative icon Rush Limbaugh for being “the man behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz” running the country instead of — spoiler alert — them.

All three networks went into red alert on Friday, hyperventilating about the “chaos” of a shutdown showdown after Donald Trump “torpedoed” a deal as he demanded funding for a border wall.  Of course, the blame went to Republicans. Today co-host Hoda Kotb blasted, “Critics saying it is up to the President and his party to break the gridlock.”

As Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney appeared as a guest on Tuesday's New Day, CNN host Chris Cuomo repeatedly lobbied for DACA to be extended to help illegal immigrants without tying it to improving border security, even as his GOP guest repeatedly made the argument against doing so.
