During a break in live coverage of Thursday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, NBC anchor Megyn Kelly called out Democrats and the media for their obvious bias against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. In the midst of listening to testimony from accuser Christine Blasey Ford, she warned her colleagues against convicting Kavanaugh before hearing his defense.

MSNBC legal analyst Daniel Goldman on Thursday afternoon apologized on behalf of men everywhere for Senator Lindsey Graham’s “shameful” refusal to label Judge Brett Kavanaugh a sexual assaulter without evidence. 

On Planned Sept. 26 -- the day before the Ford-Kavanaugh she said-he said testimony, Parenthood President Cecile Richards told Ford what she could expect from GOP senators. The letter was published on by Glamour.

Hollywood lefties have already decided that Kavanaugh is a filthy rapist and that his accuser Dr. Ford is a paragon of bravery and a historical figure for women’s rights. Any attempt by Republicans in trying to get to the truth of this scandal has been met with nastiness and derision.  

After Christine Ford's testimony, Lindsey Graham described her to reporters as a "nice lady who has come forward to tell a hard story." How dare Graham insult a woman that way! Reacting to it during the subsequent panel discussion, Brian Williams archly asked MSNBC legal analyst Daniel Goldman: "when he calls her a nice lady?"

The Kavanaugh circus is raging on. In the midst of the allegations and denials, most Americans are just looking for a calm voice that will defend due process, fairness, and general faith in humanity.

During extensive pre-hearing coverage on Thursday’s Today show, co-host Hoda Kotb was already wondering if Senate Republicans would abandon Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh: “Is there a point in here where some Republicans just say, ‘You know what? This is a little too muddy. Why don’t we just go ahead and put Brett Kavanaugh over here and go with our next person in line’?”
