Seemingly running out of things to talk about or ways to spin how much trouble President Trump finds himself in, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews compared the President to a ship captain stuck “in a typhoon” making America a “Third World” country who’s struggling with his mental faculties.

In an Obama-like and pathetic display of worshiping at the feet of Robert Mueller’s investigation, MSNBC’s Hardball opened Tuesday with glee on day one for the first Paul Manafort trial as host Chris Matthews and assembled guests hoped that it was “opening night” or “a day of history” that could begin “the dismantling of the Trump administration.”

As soon as the second quarter GDP growth of 4.1 percent became public, the media did their best to downplay the good news and refrain from giving President Trump and his policies credit for the strong economy, instead accusing him of using the news to “distract” from the Russia investigation. Well, folks, it looks like MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews is going to need another panic button after Thursday’s show. All show, Matthews touted as if it were fact that President Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice in the Mueller probe and that, based on his tweets and the Comey firing, he could be removed from office.
