Wednesday evening, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow spent her entire opening monologue gushing over the frequency and style of the Biden administration’s array of press briefings. Throughout the obnoxious twenty-minute propaganda segment, Maddow incessantly bashed the Trump administration for essentially not doing enough of journalists’ work for them.

Considering that the journalists at MSNBC consider Democrats the party of science and Republicans the party of collecting magic beans, it's not surprising that Rachel Maddow on Friday tried to spin life for Anthony Fauci under Trump as a nightmare. She lamented the "tough" times he endured under the previous president.  (But the vaccine was developed under which president?) 

The fact that scores of conservatives and Republicans have come out and condemned both the violence at the Capitol on Wednesday, as well Donald Trump himself, is apparently lost on MSNBC. As Rachel Maddow smeared the entire GOP as “fascist,” “violent, insurrectionist party.” Joy Reid mocked Republican condemnations, saying they “don’t matter.” 

Despite Tuesday night showing a Democratic sweep in the Georgia Senate runoff election, the mood on MSNBC was anything but joyous.
