The Left is in an uproar. Parents opposed to their indoctrinating ways are forming a resistance movement. One uproar is over books – assigned books in the classroom and available books in the school library. Disagree with the content of the books? You’re for “book bans.” The leftist press makes it sound like you’re banning books entirely from public view.

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held its first hearing of the new Congress with Attorney General Merrick Garland. It was a rock-em, sock-em grilling by Senate Republicans, but NPR fervently avoided a story on it. But they found time for a four-minute story on a man setting a Guinness World Record for Disneyland visits, and eight minutes on "how curry took over the world."

National Public Radio shares the left end of the FM radio dial with religious broadcasters, but they have absolutely nothing in common. NPR has a long record of loathing orthodox Christianity. The latest proof? They promoted the Church of England exploring how God shouldn’t be described as Father or Son. That’s apparently the archaic patriarchy in action.

We know National Public Radio has promoted a book called In Defense of Looting and championed an author who wants riots to be described as "rebellions," as an admirable political tactic. On Monday's Morning Edition, NPR anchor Steve Inskeep welcomed a radical leftist author who thinks President Biden shouldn't have spoken out against rioting in 2020.

National Public Radio takes your tax dollars and puts on completely one-sided propaganda. On Friday's Morning Edition, former NPR morning anchor Melissa Block narrated a completely one-sided seven-minute story they titled "An all-trimester abortion clinic prepares to open in Maryland, one of few nationally". This is, for NPR, a good-news story.

As part of its ongoing abortion advocacy badly disguised as journalism, Thursday’s Morning Edition devoted a segment to how Hollywood hasn’t been pro-abortion enough! Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio canceled their annual July Fourth reading of the Declaration of Independence. The surprise here is that NPR ever showed reverence for 1776 in the first place. They’re more marinated in the spirit of 1974, lobbying to impeach Nixon and lose the Vietnam War and enshrine abortion on demand.
