Hunter Biden's softball interview with Jimmy Kimmel is the subject of the latest NewsBusters Podcast. Brian Stelter tweeted on Monday that "This week Hunter has been on CBS, NPR and the BBC, and on Thursday he'll be on Kimmel, but he's avoiding more overtly political and partisan spaces." He meant Fox, but he thinks every outlet and program he listed isn't partisan or political. 

Scandal-plagued First Family member Hunter Biden continued his book tour late Thursday with a softball-laden interview with ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, who assisted him in not only dismissing the infamous laptop as “a red herring” because it came from Rudy Giuliani, but declare that he was eminently qualified to served on the board of Burisma.

Late night hosts are no longer comedians but propagandists for the Democrat party. One of the worst offenders is CBS Late Show host Stephen Colbert, who spent his Monday night show pretending he was President Biden’s press secretary, promoting lies from the Democrat about Georgia’s “Jim Crow, 2.0” election security law.

Making his move from to weeknights (after starting on overnights and then having a weekend evening slot), Fox News Channel host Greg Gutfeld kicked off his new eponymous show on Monday with a barnburner of a monologue lampooning his competition on CNN, MSNBC, and the late-night comedy shows and denouncing the left for thriving on “making people hate each other.”

How smart does someone have to be to be a late night comedian? Obviously, not very. On Tuesday night's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel attempted to roast the sane people who think a vaccine passport is dumb and threw jabs at Donald Trump as well.

Smug isn’t a good look for most comedians. On Tuesday night, ABC and CBS’s late night comedy shows targeted CPAC attendees as well as a sitting GOP Senator to smear them as violent racists… and we’re supposed to find it funny.
