Popular celebrities predictably got political during Sunday’s 67th Annual Grammy Awards on CBS, including the show host, comedian Trevor Noah ––  who took several veiled swipes at President Donald Trump over his recent flurry of executive orders. Within the first 10 minutes of the show, he made jokes about Trump’s executive orders on tariffs and immigration without mentioning him by name.

A Canadian actor who lives in the U.S. is crying about how upset he is that he will be paying less taxes under President Donald Trump. The stupid is strong with this one. Canadian actor Simu Liu — known for portraying Shang-Chi in Marvel’s superhero flick Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021) — posted one of the most beta male things on the internet January 22.

Can someone please rescue us from a Hollywood Show that’s gone overboard with its desperate attempts to push a liberal agenda? 9-1-1: Lone Star may be coming to a close after being canceled by Fox, but it’s making sure to preach as much woke propaganda as it possibly can on the way out.  

Tim Allen is back with a brand-new comedy that premiered this week on ABC. Shifting Gears stars Allen (who also serves as executive producer) as Matt, a widowed entrepreneur who owns a classic car restoration business. Matt’s estranged daughter Riley (Kat Dennings) returns home with her children after a divorce that leaves her broke (no pun intended) and in need of her dad’s help.

Celebrities participating in the 82nd annual Golden Globe Awards show on Sunday steered clear of politics for the most part, except for the host of the event, comedian Nikki Glaser who couldn’t resist roasting the celebrities in the room over their inability to sway the 2024 election.

It’s not often Hollywood remembers the true meaning of Christmas and that “Jesus is the reason for the season.” In fact, Hollywood usually enjoys hating on Christianity. So, it was a nice surprise when NBC’s comedy Lopez vs. Lopez celebrated the true meaning in their Christmas episode, “Lopez vs. Santa.”

After 14 amazing seasons, one of the few shows in Hollywood that isn’t woke will be ending for good, much to the dismay of many faithful viewers. CBS’s hit procedural drama Blue Bloods is airing its series finale with only one episode left to go, despite tens of thousands of fans fighting to get it renewed.

The Hollywood Reporter has long been a major publication in the entertainment industry, but that doesn’t appear to make them feel any responsibility for being fair and balanced. They’ve made no secret of their disdain for Trump and the Republican Party over the years.

Leave it to America’s most popular country stars to give the rest of Hollywood a masterclass on unifying the country when it comes to participating in an awards show,— as this year’s event was completely void of political lectures.

It’s been many years since the MRC began calling out CBS’s “King of Comedy,” producer Chuck Lorre for his political rants via his sitcoms as well as his vanity cards that display at the end of his shows. And for a while, we’ve enjoyed a nice reprieve after Lorre waved a white flag and began leaving politics out of his attempts to entertain us. (Minus one blip in 2022.)

As Election Day nears, CBS’s procedural drama FBI: Most Wanted took on the issue of hydraulic fracturing (AKA fracking) and CO2 pipelines, but even though the ecoterrorists were the bad guys, the vibe was sympathetic to their cause if not their violent methods of protest.

It’s not often we’re able to write a positive story on a Hollywood show, but every now and then, one comes along that surprises us. And the season 12 premier of Chicago P.D. did just that. They absolutely deserve kudos for their poignant and powerful portrayal of what police officers go through to keep us safe.

Long after the Covid pandemic and vaccine mandates were at their peak, Hollywood is still hating on those who were wary about getting the vaccine. Case in point, Hulu’s comedy How to Die Alone, which featured a joke about an airline agent purposely booking difficult flights for “drunk anti-vaxxers.”

One of the many reboots being made in Hollywood is the classic comedy hit from the early ‘90s The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, streaming on Peacock now as Bel-Air. Currently in its second season, Bel-Air is now a heavy, woke drama instead of a comedy and is absolutely nothing like the original.
