Liberal activists and public school teachers in Los Angeles colluded with Telemundo to serve up a special President’s Day edition of Trump-bashing.
In this instance, the report on the holiday by NBC’s sister Spanish-language network was solely dedicated to a classroom of elementary school children creating anti-Trump posters calling on the President to “stop separating families”, “Don’t build a wall” and “Don’t be racist.”
Teacher Lilia García was there to reinforce the message, calling the Trump administration’s execution of the laws of the land to deport people who are unlawfully in the country “an act of terrorism.”
LILIA GARCÍA, TEACHER: The action that he is taking of deportations is a terrorist action for the immigrant community.
MARÍA PAULA OCHOA, REPORTER, TELEMUNDO NEWS: And with these posters, she wants President Trump to know about the pain suffered by many American children.
The act of terrorism is more likely teaching children that breaking the law is just fine, a message further reinforced by the additional presence in the classroom of notorious activist Gloria Saucedo of Centro México. Saucedo was charged in 2016 on five criminal counts by Los Angeles authorities for practicing law without a license and failing to help unauthorized immigrant clients who paid her thousands of dollars to secure residency status for them.
The report opens a window on the anti-Trump indoctrination thousands of public schoolchildren in Los Angeles - and probably throughout the nation - are being subjected to, and did not include a single word in support of President Trump.

JULIO VAQUEIRO, ANCHOR, TELEMUNDO: In California a group of Latino children spent this President´s Day making colorful drawings for Donald Trump, all with one message in common: that no more immigrant families be broken up. María Paula Ochoa spoke with them.
MARIA PAULA OCHOA, CORRESPONDENT, TELEMUNDO: With brushes and creativity children gathered to celebrate President´s Day and with colored paintings, expressed their feelings towards President Donald Trump.
VANESSA MIRANDA, DAUGHTER OF IMMIGRANTS: I want him to give papers, to be more human, for him not to be a racist.
OCHOA: Most of them were born here, but their parents are undocumented and with them they suffer the fear of a deportation.
DANIELA SOLAS, IMMIGRANT: A lot of children will be left alone, without their parents.
OCHOA: Although their hearts are innocent the message is conclusive. These little children want the President to keep their families together.
GISSELLE COVARRUBIAS, DAUGHTER OF IMMIGRANTS: If he wants to be a leader, a leader is a person that treats everybody nicely and not how he is treating us now.
OCHA: The fear is exacerbated by recent raids. The last operation led to the arrest of more than 200 people in Los Angeles.
