Tuesday's Special Report on the Fox News Channel had a jaw-dropping report by national correspondent Griff Jenkins which revealed that Chinese nationals are flooding across the southern border and Mexican drug cartels were assisting them into the United States. This grave national security threat comes after China sent spy balloons over the mainland of the United States in an attempt to spy on sensitive military sites. Outrageously, the three evening network newscasts had no interest in this latest result of Biden's refusal to secure the southern border and keep Americans safe.
Instead of reporting on potentially dangerous Chinese nationals flooding across the southern border, ABC's World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News were more interested in superficial stories like the death of basketball player Willis Reed (ABC & CBS), and local weather reports (NBC).
"New and exclusive video tonight of a growing trend at the southern border. The number of Chinese nationals apprehended has exploded in the last year. And dangerous cartels are playing a major role in trying to get them into the U.S.," guest anchor Trace Gallagher reported at the top of the segment before turning to Jenkins.
"Fox News is encountering Chinese nationals being smuggled across our southern border. They arrive in small groups. They’ve even walked into our live shot when we were on the air," Jenkins reported.
While it wouldn't be expected for the networks to report on a Fox News exclusive, the fact remains that they would've seen exactly what Fox saw if the three networks were interested in the border crisis and had reporters at the border.
In fact, the three networks didn't even need reporters at the border, they could've simply looked on Twitter. During his report, Jenkins noted how RGV Border Patrol Chief Gloria Chavez Tweeted that her sector was "seeing a 920 percent increase in Chinese nationals compared to last fiscal year. And apprehended 90 in a single day last week."
It appears no matter how much danger Biden allows our country to suffer from, the leftist media won't care and will do everything they can to cover it up for him.
This bias by omission from the three leftist news networks was made possible by TD Ameritrade on ABC, Ensure on CBS, and Liberty Mutual on NBC. Their information is linked.

6:10:10 p.m. EasternTRACE GALLAGHER: New and exclusive video tonight of a growing trend at the southern border. The number of Chinese nationals apprehended has exploded in the last year. And dangerous cartels are playing a major role in trying to get them into the U.S. Correspondent Griff Jenkins is in Mission, Texas.
GRIFF JENKINS: Hello. Do you speak English?
A daily occurrence that officials say is only getting worse.
Are you from China?
Fox News is encountering Chinese nationals being smuggled across our southern border. They arrive in small groups. They’ve even walked into our live shot when we were on the air. RGV Border Patrol Chief Gloria Chavez says the sector is seeing a 920 percent increase in Chinese nationals compared to last fiscal year. And apprehended 90 in a single day last week. Fox News cameras exclusively captured two busloads of Chinese nationals being released publicly by border patrol to an NGO in Brownsville, Texas. With notices to appear in court to claim asylum at a later date. Texas DPS officials say the spike in smuggling is lining the pockets of the cartels.
CHRISTOPHER OLIVAREZ (TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY): It's a very lucrative business for the criminal organizations in Mexico who profit off of these individuals where they’re charging anywhere from $35,000 and up.
JENKINS: Border patrol officials say they’re working to figure out why so many Chinese are coming now. As Republican Senator John Cornyn who just led a bipartisan delegation to Mexico this week worries the cartels are also controlling the fentanyl.
We know that precursors, the original chemicals that make up these drugs are imported mainly from China to Mexico where the cartels find this to be the most lucrative product they can possibly produce.
JENKINS: And DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who has been under constant fire from Republican critics, is visiting a fentanyl hotspot in Nogales, Arizona this evening where two and a half million pills of the deadly drug were seized over the weekend. Trace?
